For the 5th day of my Disney Challenge I chose to be Belle from Beauty & the Beast! Yaiii, her dress is gorgeous and of course mine doesn't compare... but at least it's yellow! jajaja. I thought the somewhat off shoulder detail of this dress resembles hers, as well as the color.

For the 5th day of my Disney Challenge I chose to be Belle from Beauty & the Beast! Yaiii, her dress is gorgeous and of course mine doesn't compare... but at least it's yellow! jajaja. I thought the somewhat off shoulder detail of this dress resembles hers, as well as the color.
As you can see in this picture, Belle wears a full skirt with a white underskirt. So what I did was add a white skirt under my yellow dress to make it a little fuller. The best part is that the white skirt has embroidery borders that peek under the dress! It really turned out to be a cute detail!
Since Belle's outfit is pretty much all yellow with the exception of her brown hair, I kept my color scheme the same: yellow and brown.
Also, since the red rose was so important in the movie, I tried to incorporate it in various parts of my outfit. I first added a red flower hair pin in my hair. And then I added a red rose ring and a red flower bracelet!
To finish it all off, I added my rose scarf in order to stay warm. Now that sure was a lot of roses in this outfit, jeje :)
