To celebrate both special occasions, we decided to go to a delicious Easter brunch at a nice hotel. The food was delicious, but the true star of the event was the dessert table. It was by far THE best dessert table I have EVER seen. They had sooooo many desserts, it was enough to drive any diet-girl crazy!
Anyway, she really MADE my day... I felt sooooo special throughout the rest of the day... Thank you for coming up to say hi, you really made me happy!
Later that evening, we celebrated my sister's birthday. Annie is such a wonderful sister and friend to me. I know I can count on her for anything!
So all in all, a wonderful Easter and family birthday! I even have a new Easter monkey that is joining my ever-growing monkey family (My boyfriend and I call each other monkeys for no particular reason, so I love everything that has to do with monkeys... hehe). Isn't he adorable?!

Today sure was a busy busy day! Today was not just Easter Sunday (Btw, Happy Easter everyone!), but it was also my sister's birthday! How about that for a busy day?
To celebrate both special occasions, we decided to go to a delicious Easter brunch at a nice hotel. The food was delicious, but the true star of the event was the dessert table. It was by far THE best dessert table I have EVER seen. They had sooooo many desserts, it was enough to drive any diet-girl crazy!
I especially loved how they decorated some of the desserts. I really enjoyed all the cute spring colors and the adorable sugar cookies.
They even had TWO chocolate fountains in which we could dip strawberries, marshmallows, cookies, and pretzels... talk about YUM!?
Needless to say, I went back for seconds.... and thirds... and well fourth and fifths... hehe. My mom and I had a wonderful time cheating on our diets :)
Something really cool happened today during brunch! A very lovely lady came up to me and introduced herself. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure who she was (that happens to me quite often).
It turns out that she is a fellow blogger who reads my blog!! WAO! I can't believe that she recognized me! What are the odds of encountering a reader of my blog?.. In Panama, the chances are nearly zero.
