A foggy night

Where: To buy some last minute Thanksgiving supplies, lunch at the mall, and out with my friends.

Comments:
This is my attempt to make an elegant dress more casual. I really love the print of this dress my boyfriend gave me, but I dont get to wear it often since I never go anywhere fancy. So I decided to pair it with this motorcycle jacket and wear the dress as a skirt. I also added the purple purse because of the little purple details in the print. I was pretty happy with the results, although the photos came out blurry today... sorry about that :(

Last night was a creepy night! I have never seen so much fog in my entire life!!!! To top it off, there is this really creepy tree close to my house that looked even creepier with the fog!

Today was a wonderful day!! The last day of classes for me before the long Thanksgiving weekend, so that's a relief! To celebrate, me and my boyfriend decided to use my gift certificate that I won on a Bingo night to eat a delicious pizza for lunch. We couldn't agree on what flavor to order, so we just ordered half and half! jeje, easy enough! For dessert, we went to Starbucks to enjoy a hot chocolate with some delicious pastries. And to finish the night off, we watched two fun movies at my apartment with popcorn... aahhh, isn't life gran?

For the outfit, I wanted to wear this skirt because its been a while since I wear it. I really love all the colors because it opens the door for different types of outfits. In this case, I decided to wear my new favorite mustard cardigan and my new floral brooch. I've noticed that zipper details are really "in" this season (not that I pay too much attention to this). I usually don't buy things just because they are trendy, I prefer buying things that I simply love or think are pretty (regardless of if its "in" or not!). And this flower brooch really appealed to me, so I am happy wearing it :)

I like my outfit today, but I couldn't help but feel like a leprechaun! Something about the green dress paired with the black belt and the gold buckle... jeje, I didn't realize it till I was already out of the house! lol. Nevertheless, I'm pretty happy with what I came up with. I keep trying to find new ways to make my summer clothes work for fall. I thought the green with black was sorda bla so I added the yellow accesories for interest... jeje little did I know I would end up looking like a leprechaun! jaja.
