Today is the first time I wear these booties without tights... I'm not sure if that is "allowed" or not, but I like how it looks! I made this outfit around this beautiful murano crystal necklace my boyfriend gave me for one of our anniversaries. I love the different shades of blue, so I tried to incorporate that into today's outfit by wearing a light blue skirt and a dark blue purse. I also wore blue eyeliner and a blue bow in my hair.
