Neon Challenge!

Hello everyone! 

I decided to take on a Neon Challenge this week. Basically, I'm going to wear at least one neon item every day of this week. I thought this would be a great way to give all of you ideas on how to add a little (or a lot) of the neon trend.

Today is the last day of my I Heart Shoes challenge!!! Today I spent all day at home, so I wanted something simple and comfy to wear. So, I ended this shoe challenge with some comfy orange flats; sometimes it's just about comfort right?!

Stayed at home helping my mom with some to-do's & enjoyed tea-time with my grandmother.

Comments:
As many of you have probably noticed by now, I'm a very positive and happy person. The reason behind that is because there truly are so many reasons to be happy in life. Just being alive, having a wonderful family, wonderful friends and boyfriend, is more than enough reasons to be happy. What more could I ask for?!

I encourage all of you to appreciate what you have and be happy as well :)

Today was a really nice day because I enjoyed some tea-time with my mother and grandmother.

We drank yummy teas out of our pretty tea cups and enjoyed some apple crisp with ice cream. Yum!

It was great to spend some girl-time with my mom and grandmother.

Car in the middle of the mall!

Today is the 27th day of my I Heart Shoes challenge! Today I'm wearing these blue Christian Siriano for Payless heels. When I first bought them, I thought I wouldn't get much use out of them; but I actually wear them all the time!

Comments:
As I have mentioned a couple of times on my blog, my boyfriend really loves cars. Well, he particularly LOVES Porsche cars; and as I mentioned in this post, his family owns 5 Porches! Well, guess what? My boyfriend was asked to exhibit his classic Porsche in the middle of the most popular mall in Panama! Cool right?!

The mall has a car exhibit right now showing just a couple of classic historic cars; and my boyfriend was chosen to be one of the two cars representing classic Porsche's. He was so excited (And so was I of course!). So today we spent some time just hanging out in the mall, watching the random people wonder over my boyfriend's car :)

The tallest and the sweetest shoes

For the 26th day of my I Heart Shoes challenge, I decided to wear these sweet Mary Jane heels that I just bought last week!

Could today's look be any girlier and sweeter? Floral print? Check. Bow earrings? Check. Flowers on shoes? Check. Pink? Triple check!

Needless to say, I felt like a real girlie girl in this outfit. Apart from loving this dress, I'm really loving my new beige Mary Jane heels. This is the first time I'm wearing them since I bought them last week. Not only are they the tallest pair of heels I own, but they are also one of the sweetest with having the floral details on each one.

Candy cravings

Today is the 25th day of my I Heart Shoes challenge! Today I used these purple heels as a pop of color in my neutral outfit.

Comments:
Today I decided to make an all-white outfit with two pops of color: my purple shoes and my rainbow bracelets. I have always enjoyed how crisp and fresh white outfits look.

All of these bracelets are really cute, but they do have a downfall... They remind me of candy! That would normally be a good thing (Eating candy is fun!); but when you are working really hard in an office that doesn't have candy, it's kind of sad... haha.

Beautiful white rose

Today is the 24th day of my I Heart Shoes challenge (I'm almost done!). Today I wore these floral Anne Klein heels that somehow remind me of citrus fruit! (Don't ask me why... I'm just weird like that sometimes)

Comments:
The other day, my boyfriend's mother (who is the sweetest lady ever) gave me this white rose "just because". She is always so sweet and kind. As I saw the rose grow and open up, it turned into the most beautiful white rose I've ever seen.

This photo really does not do the rose justice. The shape of the rose is just beautiful, with each petal in perfect position. I have spent the last couple of days mesmerized at how beautiful something as simple as a rose can be.

Today is the 23rd day of my I Heart Shoes challenge! Today I went with one of my favorite shoes: my comfy red boots!

Where:
Spent half of the day in El Valle (my family house in the mountain countryside) and half of the day driving back to the city.

Comments:
Today was yet another relaxing day at El Valle. I spent most of the morning lying comfortably in my bed surfing the net for new crafts and projects to work on (more on that soon!). Of course I brought Munky* and Mambo* along... they couldn't miss out on the fun!

*My boyfriend and I call each other monkeys just cuz it's fun. So Munky and Mambo (these two monkey stuffed animals) are special little friends that I keep close at all times (childish, but fun!)

It has been just the most wonderful weekend relaxing with my family. I wish every weekend could be this wonderful.
